Police have made an arrest in connection to a bizarre indecent act in early February that saw a man expose himself through a hole cut in his yoga pants at a Winnipeg coffee shop.
But police now say the man didn’t just stop for coffee in his custom-made pants.
The 44-year-old man arrested Tuesday is also charged with allegedly exposing himself while walking through the coffee shop’s parking lot and then again for going through the aisles at a nearby grocery store with more than his shopping list out.
Police spokesperson Det. Sgt. Natalie Aitken said the man was exposing himself for nearly an hour.
In mid-February police released security camera footage of the man they said exposed himself while waiting in line, ordering, receiving the order and then calmly leaving the Tim Hortons on Kenaston Boulevard Feb. 2.
Aitken said tips from the public helped to lead investigators to the man, who was arrested without incident man in the Mandalay West Tuesday.
